Book Covers
‘Leave The World Behind’
Illustrated as part of a university project, I reimagined the covers of two Rumaan Alam novels: ‘Leave The World Behind’ and ‘That Kind of Mother’. Having loved both books, I used elements of the story to influence to the design of these covers and accompanying box.
After sharing to social media, I was thrilled that Alam noticed and liked the design!
‘The Imagined Book Covers’
A personal project as part of the Instagram challenge, ‘The Imagined Book Covers’ is a set of covers I designed and illustrated in response to a given set of titles as prompts. I loved this! Wandering through Daunt Books on my day off, I looked for inspiration for some interesting and offbeat covers to allude to an exciting story within.
